Something bright, bubbly, and refreshingly tart is popping up at SUN OF THE DESERT. We’re teaming up with Desert Shrubs to host a special tasting pop-up, where you can sip sparkling drinks made with fruit vinegar and experience a different kind of beverage.
Shrubs are fruit-infused vinegars that have been used for centuries to create tangy, slightly sweet drinks. When mixed with sparkling water, they transform into a crisp, effervescent refresher that’s perfect for the desert.
If you’re vinegar-curious (or already a shrub superfan), this is your chance to sample a few flavors, find your favorite, and learn easy ways to mix them at home.
